The Ancient Art of Sending Cards

Recently my cousin sent me a card through snail mail. Yes, I know. Who does that anymore? We usually email or send a quick update through Facebook, but I gotta admit that this is one of my favourite ways to receive updates from a family member or friend.

I received two cards from her. One has a duck on its front, and I think she made it herself because she's pretty crafty. Vicky, you know who you are. I love you, and I so enjoy hearing about your family, and I really enjoy getting something in the mail from you every couple of months. Thank you for being such a supportive friend and family member. I just wanted to let you know that from Jillian.

To all of my other Facebook friends, you can always drop me a line through snail mail as well. I'm not averse to that. They also make pretty cool artwork which I display on my bookshelf.
