Good Morning Readers, I realize you haven't heard my literary voice since May. Even though I promised weekly updates, life as you all know gets in the way of best laid plans. I guess the secret is out, but I will reveal something to you anyway; if there is any of you left reading this. After 35 years of living in Abbotsford BC, my family is relocating to Chiliwack BC. I'm super psyched and super saddened by this news all at once. I don't know if you can feel two emotions at once but I do. The other news, after 5 years of working with a great writing partner, Elizabeth Lavis, we had to part ways for bigger and better adventures. But the good news is, I found another set of hands that are behind the keyboard as we speak. Thank you Megan Fisher for stepping behind the keys. I already have a funny feeling that life has some great adventures in store for us as well.
Happy New Year to all my readers. 2023 has started off on a sad note for me. I lost two of my house mates unexpectedly. I wish they were here but I know their spirits will always be here in my mind and my heart. Thank you for teaching me not to take life for granted. It was like they were here one day and gone the next, now I'll stop moping and get on with my life.
According to the Chinese lunar calendar, 2023 is the year of the rabbit, which is supposed to be my year. I am hoping that is absolutely true and we're all in for a great year. And lastly I would like to say cheers to all my friends and readers, I would really like to thank you all for reading my blogs and our good times together. This year I would really like some suggestions on how to improve my website, thank you.
